My work is devoted to the practice of psychotherapy and mentorship in the tradition of Depth Psychology. It is intended to generate movement toward restoration of consciousness, presence, and vitality in the areas of health, creativity, relationship, community, spirituality, and vocation.

Depth Psychotherapy is an alchemical process wherein memory, story, imagination, suffering and possibility meet for the sake of a more vital and meaningful life. By way of self-exploration and relationship, psychotherapy offers a pathway home to self, family, community and the world. It is the work of bringing body and soul, mind and emotion to the deeply human task of making a life we can love.

In my psychotherapy practice, I incorporate various perspectives and modalities including Jungian and Archetypal Psychology, Dream Work and Imaginal Perspectives, Family of Origin work, Expressive Arts, Narrative approaches, Somatic Awareness and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration. Where fitting, I incorporate art, poetry, literature and movement. I serve as witness, guide and evocateur to individuals exploring their emotional, relational, creative and spiritual emergence, undergoing major life transitions, or suffering from symptoms arising from influences of melancholy and depression, fear and anxiety, shock and trauma, illness, loss, and grief.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. It is my privilege to serve as participant, guide and witness in this collaborative and creative endeavor. I bring into this arena the victories and failures of my own experience, my sense of humor, my respectful regard for psyche, my care for the world, and a profound reverence for the art and mystery of this work and for those who so courageously engage in it.
