About My Practice |
I’ve been in practice for over twenty years and work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Before I became a psychotherapist I worked in a variety of settings tending the well-being of people from teaching the yoga asanas to taking a group of children from low-income, single-parent households to Disneyland, in addition to other jobs within the social services working with diverse ethnic backgrounds and circumstances. Although I studied political science as an undergraduate, my call to understand the complexity of the human experience, our relationships, and the inner life brought me to earn my MA in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology and later a PhD in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Studies. Jungian Psychology has provided a home for my life experience and clinical understanding as the path of Individuation is one worth seeking. It is a privilege and an honor to accompany others on their journeys to greater wholeness and consciousness.
