I offer psychotherapy for adults wanting to dive deep for real change based in greater awareness about what you think and feel, why you act as you do, and what is needed for change. Coming from a long background in bodywork, meditation, and the intersection of mind-body-spirit, my work as a psychotherapist is grounded in psychodynamic and Jungian depth traditions and somatic embodiment. Working together, we include the present moment, relevant elements of the past, your thoughts, your emotions, your body experience, your dreams and daydreams… Each offers a path towards wholeness. You can engage through regular “talk therapy,” and/or bring in Somatic Experiencing® or Jungian Sandplay. Like dreamwork, working in the sand is a channel for making the unconscious conscious using right-brain, “bottom-up” processing that adds depth and richness of meaning to your process.
