I offer in-person psychotherapy for adults wanting depth work that leads to change based in greater understanding about what you think and feel, why you act as you do, and what is needed for change. Coming from a long background in bodywork, meditation, and the intersection of mind-body-spirit, my work as a psychotherapist is grounded in psychodynamic and Jungian depth traditions and somatic embodiment, and I offer Jungian Sandplay for those interested in that modality of accessing the unconscious. Working together, we include the present moment, relevant elements of the past, your thoughts, your emotions, your body experience, your dreams and daydreams… Each offers a path towards wholeness.
