Cultural Competency for Clinicians:
the Celebration of the Day of the Dead – augmented with case material

In the morning, the presentation will focus on the issue of Cultural Competency and the Day of the Dead celebrations. The afternoon will include case material, including The Veterano in sandplay therapy published in the Journal of Sandplay Therapy (vol. 27, 2018).

Jorge de la O, MA, is a senior Jungian Analyst at the C.G. Jung Study Center of Southern California. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from Pacifica Graduate Institute where he is on the faculty. He has presented nationally and internationally on cultural diversity and training and has published on this topic.
In person and hoping to offer a hybrid option for those who can’t be in person. Site TBD.
