FALL SALON 2026
ORIGINS
Sunday November 1
2:30-5:30pm
JPA Salons are an opportunity to strengthen and deepen our community in a more intimate setting. We contemplate and share offerings around an archetypal theme that touches on the human experience in the natural world.
This Fall we invite you to contemplate ORIGINS:
The point or place where something starts or comes into existence, the source or fundamental root of something, lineage, ancestry…
Getting to the bones of things and the Essence of who we are…
In this Salon we will explore a call to return to a sense of Origin: what is primary? How can deeper layers of Psyche, ancestors, earth, sky, stars, cosmos and Source help orient and ground us in these turbulent times?
JPA member Joanne Halverson will offer an origin story that has roots in the teachings of the Coast Salish people- the ancestors of the Land we inhabit here in the Pacific Northwest. She will guide us in an experiential meditation that will generate offerings from the group. In honor of Day of the Dead/All Saints’ Day, we will have an altar. Please feel free to bring any photos or sacred objects you would like to place on the altar.
Space is limited to 15 people
