JPA Leadership Team
Meet the Council

After growing up in Southern California, Dawn made her home in the Pacific Northwest in 1991. There she pursued an MA at Seattle University in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology in 1994. The many psychoanalytic institutes in town allowed for continued education in the Freudian, Modern Analytic, Relational, Self-Psychology, and Object Relations schools of thought. As being on a path of Individuation will have it, life changes brought Dawn to pursue her studies of Jungian psychology more deeply. Well into an established private psychotherapy practice, she went back to school and earned her doctorate degree in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her years of Iyengar yoga, other Eastern practices, and participation in various Indigenous traditions inform her work as well. More recent interest in Norse Mythology has made Iceland feel like a second home. As a life-long seeker, she is currently enrolled in analytical training at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich. In addition to the privilege of helping others on their healing and growth journeys, Dawn enjoys writing, singing, dance, and applying her developmental years as a Girl Scout to cultivating connections and community.

Janet Tatum, MSW, LICSW, is a Jungian Analyst member of the Pacific Northwest Society of Jungian Analysts (PNSJA) for which she is president and is a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology IAAP. She is vice president of the Board of Directors for the Philemon Foundation which publishes the lectures and letters of C. G. Jung not yet in print. She is a Certified Sandplay Therapist Teaching Member of Sandplay Therapists of America (STA) and the International Society for Sandplay Therapy (ISST), a past president of STA and is a founding editor and a current assistant editor of the Journal of Sandplay Therapy. She has been the program chair for JPA since 2016 and is a past president. She has been a clinical social worker since 1972. She sees children and adults in her practice in Redmond, WA.

Dianne Graham, MA, LMHC studied at Antioch University in Seattle and received a Master of Arts in Psychology. Prior to mining the treasures of psychology, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, concurrent with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, both from the University of Washington. Cultural perspectives from places and times near and far have enriched her life and contribute immensely to her understanding of the human
psyche.
Upon graduation from Antioch in 2008, she worked in community mental health for five years, and has since been seeing individual adults in private practice. Prior to graduate
studies, Dianne began attending a Jungian dream analysis group, and more than a quarter century later, she is still engaged with dream exploration in this group. She has also enjoyed
an array of Jungian-focused study and training. Currently this includes participation in a monthly seminar examining Carl Jung’s lectures on Nietzsche’s Zarathustra. She also has interest and training in Sandplay.
Dianne joined the Jungian Psychotherapists Association in 2008, and has served in various
capacities, including president from 2013-2014. Currently she assists as membership co-chair. Board service has been a wonderful way to deepen connections with the people and purpose of this vibrant Jungian-oriented community. Please contact her to discuss your JPA
dreams!

Candace Braley, MA, LMHC, is a licensed mental health therapist in the state of WA. I have been a therapist since 1985, and I have been in private practice since 2003.
I provide individual adult psychotherapy to clients both in the heterosexual and LGBTQ+ communities.
My primary approach to therapy is psychodynamic, although I can utilize other approaches as needed by the client. I am a careful and attentive listener, and I will offer feedback and gentle questions. Creative expressions, such as art and dreamwork are also welcome and can be integrated in the therapeutic
process.

Lindsey Rosen, MA, R-DMT, LMHC is a Jungian Psychotherapist practicing in downtown Seattle. She has been a member of JPA for over 20 years, has served as Co-President, and is currently Co-Membership Chair. Lindsey began and now hosts JPA Salons, offering members an opportunity to share creative musings around an archetypal, seasonal theme. In addition to Jungian life, Lindsey can be found at many of Seattle’s vibrant performing arts events, walking and doing yoga with her dog on the beach, photographing the natural world, sailboat racing and kayaking on Puget Sound. Much gratitude to Council and membership for contributing to this unique, nourishing community!
